Davis-Bacon Wages

Detailed within 24 CFR 85.36(h)(5), CMHA is required to pay Davis-Bacon wage rates for all construction contracts in excess of $2,000. Construction is defined as alteration and/or repair, including painting and decorating of public buildings or public works. Current Davis-Bacon wages rates for residential construction projects may be accessed on-line at no cost at www.dol.gov.
