CMHA provides safe, quality and affordable housing to fit a wide variety of needs and income levels. Persons interested in applying for CMHA housing may do so by contacting each property individually. All properties have a site based waitlist for housing that opens and closes as needed. Please contact any property in the listings below to inquire if they are accepting new applications to the waitlist.

Types of Housing
Family Housing
Our family housing units feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configuration with modern amenities like full kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, central air and cable access. Many units also include off street parking, playgrounds and private patios.
Senior Housing
Features include both apartment and cottage style homes with modern amenities like on-site laundry, central air, wall-to-wall carpet and more. Our senior communities are near shopping and dining locations with easy access to public transportation
Youth/College/Foster Housing
Our youth communities offer individuals 18 to 24 years of age a safe, affordable place to live while pursuing educational opportunities. These units feature modern amenities that college students expect with easy access to shopping, dining and nearby campuses.
Service Enriched Housing
CMHA offers a wide range of housing for people who are currently experiencing homelessness, are living with a disability or have other special requirements. These units provide the expected modern amenities along with other services tailored to the needs of our residents.
