Scope of Work:
The scope of work consists of the demolition of the entirety of the existing United Way building
including foundations, footings, and all associated overhead or underground utility services.
Included in the demolition is the adjoining parking lot, and unground structures, as well as all
unsuitable soils, then return the site with new fill to a greenspace.

Maplewood Heights / Sugar Grove Square Renovations (CANCELLED)

Scope of Work:
The scope of work consists of the moderate rehabilitation of both Sugar Grove Square Apartments
consisting of 120 units across 3 stories and Maplewood Heights Apartments consisting of 71 units
across two stories. Included in the rehab, but not limited to, is upgrades to flooring, painting,
casework, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and accessibility features.
Additionally, both properties will be received common area upgrades and limited exterior upgrades.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - A/E Services

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting qualifications from
Architectural/Engineering firms (A/E) for a continuing services A/E contract for 2025-2026.
The selected firm(s) will assist CMHA in all phases of design, secure zoning and other approvals,
provide third party testing as required, secure necessary construction permits and prepare
the necessary applications for tax credit submissions. Up to two firms may be selected.

MEP demo and new work, lighting, and misc. exterior work
