Persons interested in applying for CMHA housing may do so by contacting each property individually. All properties have a site based waitlist for housing that opens and closes as needed. Heights on Main
Heights on Main is the newest multifamily housing community in Columbus and is located at 7221 E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg. When complete in 2026, the community with have approximately 100 residential rental units, related facilities and commercial space. The property will include 25 units that will serve residents with federal Project-Based Vouchers.

There are currently open units for which residents can apply. Former foster youth ages 18-24 can fill out an interest card online to learn more about the application process.
Scholar House for Student Parents
Columbus Scholar House for Student Parents brings together education and housing services for vulnerable student parents working toward their degree. Qualified participants attend an accredited college or university full time while residing at Columbus Scholar House on Columbus’ Near East Side. The student parents receive supportive services through the OSU ACCESS Collaborative program to help them get their degree while also providing for the needs of their children.
Scioto Ridge
Scioto Ridge is a one- and two-bedroom apartment community in Dublin, Ohio. Apartment amenities include large closets, a breakfast bar, a balcony/patio, and granite countertops.
